Personality:
Real- Drake is a feral person by nature, and is more often seen walking on all fours like an animal then walking upright, often growling his words or just growling in general. He tends to howl a bit often and run as wild as he can in the gym. Has trouble speaking clearly often using short words or mispronouncing words as it is hard for him to say what he has on mind as he is still learning the language. He can be prone to wild aggression and rage at times. He is also incredibly stupid by academy levels, having no ability to read or write and can only do a few counting numbers as math, and is completely lost on literature. Despite this he is very protective of those he cares about, helpful to the point of at least trying to help others even if he is in way over his head to help. He has a certain degree of cunning from an animalistic point, and if put in front of a visual or thematic problem he can usually solve it. He’s perceptive of the area around him and alert, and can be a great confidence to confide in if approached slowly.
Dream- Drake is still feral and wild, though he is easier to understand audibly as he knows how to say what he wants to say. He tends to throw, what he calls, ‘pack terms’ around others and tries to be slightly more civilized. However he does run a higher risk of forgetting himself and becoming more like a wild animal till he wakes up, and he’s a bit more aggressive, tending to attack and hunt first and think about strategy later. He still is a dense when it comes to academy skills, but he still keeps his protective and loyal nature as well.
History:
What he remembers- Drake remembers the wilderness, running with a pack. He remembers the snow and stars, and a strange sense of identity. He remembers a crack of thunder and a stinging in his neck, everything else is fuzzy.
Likes: Meat, running, hunting, nature, howling at the moon, winter, cold places, animals, other ‘pack’ members, being warm.
Dislikes: A lot of vegetables, trying to learn how to read/write/do math, confined spaces, those that threatens the pack, confusing human culture, lone wolves.
Abilities:
Winter Blood- Drake has some primal frost power, mostly in the form of creating an aura of intense coldness that numbs others and saps the heat of others that are too close to soon. Drake can consciously choose to suppress this aura. If he has gone feral it is always active. Its good for slowing down others and freezing them, but he has trouble keeping it suppress for long and it drains his ability to think and focus as long as he keeps it suppressed at a rate of 1 intelligence per 10 minutes. If the aura is active he does not lose his intelligence and slowly regain it at a rate of 1 intelligence per 10 minutes, but other people, even friends, become affected.
Blood Hunt- If a person is in critical health or bleeding Drake can sense them and track them, moving faster when going towards such people. However the scent of blood entices him and can cause him to go feral. He needs to fight against his wild side for control or if he goes feral he'll attack allies as well, with a +1 ferality risk for each bloody or wounded target near him.
Cornered Savagery- Drake grows in power the lower his health is. The more wounded and in critical condition he is in, the stronger he is physically to the point of doing some heavy damage with his attacks. However he must be in low health to gain this power, and he runs a higher risk of going feral. up to a max of 4 additional points of Offence, with a higher risk of his ferality becoming stronger by a max of 4.
Others :
Ferality- His major downsides is his risk of becoming feral, and this is partly based on chance. Usually he has control of his feral side, but when in combat he will start reverting more into a beast. If he is in combat lasting longer than 6 rounds he runs the risk of becoming feral. If he can keep his ferality in check he can continue to fight, but must keep his will stronger than his instincts. Every 2 rounds after that he needs to make another check to tame himself, with the risk becoming stronger if he is near bloodied enemies or on low health. friends can try to calm him down by talking calmly to help him snap out or the like, with it helping him regain his sanity and control. His max amount of time he can be feral is 10 minutes. After that for every minute he spends in feral he'll spend 6 minutes in a weaken near slumbering state, up to a max of 1 hour. After an hour he'll be back to normal barring any major ill effects. The next night when dreaming he'll enter a state of hibernation in a small den of ice lasting for the night to heal any major ills or wounds as he sleeping. He can be awoken by being disturb (i.e. someone yelling at him very loudly or attack) which ends his hibernation period and stops his healing, leaving him off as he was and unable to hibernate till next time he ferals out. In the waking world he'll be physically weaken and not as active as he normally is.
